I love this product. Even on a hot day it soothes my back. I put my feet on it as well. I never miss a day. I lie on it for at least half an hour. I can jump out of bed in the morning. Before this it was an effort to get out of bed.

Love love love this go mat. First night I used it and slept like a baby. Deepest best sleep that I had in a long time. Used the focus setting and felt energized. I wish I got the bigger mat.
